If you google “How to ace an interview”, you will find a lot of different career websites giving the same advice: Research the employer, review the job description, practice common interview questions, and find a career coach. While we agree that this is a good way to go, it can be a lot of work especially if you have several interviews in the pipeline.
What if we tell you there’s a way to tick off all the items on your pre-interview to-do list, and all you need to do is share the job ad?
Introducing Prepper – your AI interview coach (and potentially your new BFF) who will do all the preparation work for you and coach you to be your best self for any job interview at any company. Even better, it’s 100% free to use and there are no limits on how often you use it.
Ready to ace every interview and get any job you want? From an interview at Walmart to Amazon to Apple, get interview ready with Prepper. Check out our six-step guide to learn how to make the best use of the tool.
1. Head to the site: https://www.adzuna.com/prepper

2. Enter the details for the job you are applying for
Tip: Paste the job description and company name from the job ad into Prepper to personalize your answer. Why? Most HRs and recruiters are able to spot a generic answer after your first few lines. Prepper is capable of tailoring your answer to the job description and the company’s values, showing your interviewers that you know what they are looking for and you’re up to the task. It’s always good to save a copy of the job ad, as you’ll want to refer back to this before interview.

3. Pick your interviewer style
This step will determine how challenging your questions will be, so choose wisely. We are using a “Delivery Driver” job as an example.

Meet Bob – our affable and amicable AI rep who will be asking you five standard and classic interview questions for your role. Choose “Easy” mode after receiving your first interview invitation, or if you just want a warm up exercise.
Bob starts with this question: “Can you tell me about your previous experience as a delivery driver?”

If you choose “Hard” mode, be prepared to get some curveball questions from our AI rep Kate. The hard mode is perfect for jobseekers who have been invited back by an employer for a second or third round interview.
Kate asks: “Can you give an example of a time when you had to navigate through a particularly challenging delivery route?”

Say “Ahoy” to Captain Jack. He goes wherever the wind takes him, so he’s a bit of a wild card. Just like some interviewers in real life, he may ask you some off-the-wall questions that might have nothing to do with your ability to handle the role.
Pick pirate mode if you want to have a bit of fun, or if you’ve already perfected your interviewing skills via “Easy” and “Hard” modes. It’s also a brilliant way to train your mind to keep calm under pressure.
Captain Jack asks: “Avast ye matey, are ye ready to be a delivery driver on the seven seas?”
