A client of Robert Half Finance & Accounting in the Southwest suburbs has an immediate direct hire opening for a Payroll Administrator near the Romeoville area. The Payroll Administrator would be responsible for entering and processing payroll for roughly 1,000 employees, maintaining accurate payroll records, and assisting HR with any payroll inquiries.
The ideal Payroll Administrator candidate would have 5 years of experience processing payroll for roughly 1,000 hourly employees, experience working with ADP products, intermediate Excel experience, and a team oriented attitude. Exposure to HR and benefit administration is a very helpful plus. Being bilingual Spanish/English is also very beneficial for this role but not mandatory.
