Enel X works closely with businesses and institutions to develop, execute, and continually refine a holistic energy strategy designed to achieve desired outcomes through a suite of solutions and services. Operations Specialists are tasked with driving our internal processes in support of these solutions. Successful Operations candidates have a passion for process and data analysis.
- Responsible for the system set up and internal coordination in support of procurement events, ensuring internal teams receive operational support needed to deliver customer outcomes
- Support in the execution of customer energy request for proposals (RFPs), which may include system configuration, supplier communication, and reporting of RFP results
- Accountable for leading and contributing to monthly and quarterly deal close-out and data management process for procurement business
- Review, analyze, and follow up on missing supplier payments, ensuring our post-deal collections processes are optimized
- Develop a deep understanding of Enel X’s procurement software and a working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Create and maintain key customer and deal-related records. Identify system and process constraints in order to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:
Physical proximity to Boston, MA, Dublin OH, or Baltimore MD
B.S. or B.A. or equivalent required, preferred in an analytical field such as business, finance, economics
- 2+ years of professional experience in a corporate setting, preferably in natural gas industry. Electric industry experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, data processing, pivot table, vlookups, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable as a team player or working independently. Takes initiative. Self-directed.
Excellent attention to detail
