Our client is one of the largest non-profit organizations dedicated to helping to house struggling families in the Bay Area. They are now looking for a Housing Navigation Specialist to join their growing team. Responsibilities • Oversee ongoing development and daily operations of the department• Manage and grow a cross-functional diverse team• Provide leadership and guidance to coordinators • Work closely with organizational leadership on program management and development • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of new department staff • Monitor expenditures in accordance with established fiscal guidelines • Ensure program quality and adherence to stated standards of conduct, ethics and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree required. • A minimum of one year year in a management and supervisory position • Social services experience a huge plus• Strong organizational development and supervisory skills, including recruiting a talented work force, providing appropriate skills development, and fostering staff retention. • Some financial management experience • Excellent time and project management skills with a results-driven approach.
