Visual Merchandising Manager
Objective:Responsible for managing the overall go-to-market strategy, customer relationships and dealer merchandising for SomerTile in the US market

Role and Responsibilities
Lead a team of account managers with a focus on Brick and Mortar/A & D industry
Plan the follow-up practices and procedures in order to expand sales in potential markets
Implement SOPs and KPIs to ensure team is running efficiently
Formulate and direct the go-to-market strategy
Overall display strategy and management of merchandising and distribution of marketing items.
Category expert in terms of competitive benchmarking.
Develop customer-specific strategies, programs and give strategic input on pricing strategy.
Ensure optimal ROIs for marketing activities.
Customer Lead Generation and Engagement
Customer Retention
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Grow SomerTile sales in existing markets by identifying new opportunities
Represent SomerTile at key trade shows
Provide outstanding customer service through fast, trustworthy and knowledgeable responses to customer demands
Knowledgeable about all SomerTile products
Ongoing location visits to strengthen relationships with dealer network

Physical Demands
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items several times during shift.
Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen in order to drive for the company.
Must be able to read and write in English

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree (BA or BS) required.
10 years of Sales Management experience is required
5+ years of experience in ceramic tile industry is required.
Retail channel management experience required.
People management of at least 2 years required.
Strong analytical and financial skills.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines.
20%-30% Travel.
Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.

In this role you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company. You should have the ability to convince others with opposing views to accept/approve plans, technical, and project recommendations. You will plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.
