The company seeking a motivated and highly organized professional. We need a team player who is ready to go above and beyond for clients. This role will primarily handle communications between departments and clients, as well as assist team members as needed. We're looking for a full-time professional that can represent our brand in and out of the office and deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client experience. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities: · Operating multi-line phone system, screen and direct calls · Accurately take and relay messages · General office support · Greet clients entering organization · Deliver project updates to clients · Receive and sort mail · Enter and schedule appointments · Maintain a clean and organized work area · Schedule Pick up and deliveries as needed · Process customer payments · Data Entry Role Requirements · High school diploma - (Associate Degree or Experience preferred) · MUST HAVE excellent verbal and written communication skills · Exceptional customer service attitude · Proficiency in Mac work environment · Previous customer service or reception experience · Attention to detail and accuracy · MUST be organized and punctual · Clean driving record No Phone Calls.
