The Manufacturing Associate will be working in the Medical Device industry. They are responsible for assembling high quality medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing process instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

* They must ability to read English and speak English.
* Must have good enough computer skills to use the ipad.
* Must be very patient.
DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Manufacturing Associate will be working in a clean room environment manufacturing heart stents. The company's current product offering includes a variety of endovascular stent grafts for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA).
The production team itself has about 56 people. They are working at different stations doing different parts of the assembly process. They will not be held to making the same product all day and will be rotated around to assemble other products. The products they make are complex and some can have 30+ steps! They will be trained on the easier procedures initially and expand on that training as they complete their training.
The Manufacturing Associates are each given iPads that outline to procedures for assembly and how to do it. Because they are a highly regulated environment, they will only have access to procedures for products they have been trained and signed off on.
CULTURE: They are very team oriented company and the manager Nancy is very approachable and nice! They have "ACE's" rather than Lead. ACE stands for Advocates Creating Excellence. These are other manufacturing associates on the floor who they can go to if they have questions or if they don't feel comfortable with something. People can rotate to be an ACE. They want to empower people to be an ACE and promote from within.
DRESS CODE: They are wearing smocks, hair nets, gloves, shoe covers, bear nets, etc. No open toed shoes; no shorts; long sleeves or over the shoulder sleeves are required. No make up and no perfume.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM. Flexibility to start at 5AM. Half hour lunch Mon-Thurs and 45 minute lunch on Fridays. They do 5 min exercise between breaks daily.
