Position Title: Assistant Manager thru Department Manger III

Entry Level Managers are now starting off with a BASE pay of $12.00 per hour!

Status: Full-Time

Fill Date: Immediately

Actively seeking for an immediate position fill for Assistant Mangers for Rust and Kenli Enterprises' McDonalds. Looking for professional managers who conduct themselves as customer obsessed and quality service driven team players with a win-win mentality. Displaying leadership qualities; this person should set the example for the crew and community. This professional should possess a respectful and open attitude toward all with a high energy output where speed and friendly service is a here and now priority!

Potential for bonuses up to $400 a month dependent on certifications, job performance and make restaurant goals!

Key Qualifications:

Must be driven and eager to learn new processes to meet the ever-changing need of the Restaurant industry.

Able to physically work on your feet for 8-9 hours a day

Excels in Culture Change and People Management

Right Mindset & Attitude. We will provide the training & knowledge of McDonalds.

Experience in conflict management with active listening skills and an open mindset.

Knowledgeable and proficient in basic math such as percentages and ratios.

Always a Customer First, Here and Now, and a Win-Win mentality leading the example for the entire restaurant.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Rust Enterprises Inc and Kenli Enterprises Llc has a combined total of eleven locations that allows for flexible movement within North and South Carolina. Kenli and Rust Enterprises offer competitive salaries and benefits for full-time employees leading the way in the Restaurant Industry.

We pay bi-weekly and additional pay increases may be earned based upon time in position, performance of the job, and additional skills learned.
