Department Profile:The 7300 Unit at Duke University Hospital is comprised of 31-bed Cardiology Step Down Unit. Our team is active in delivering exemplary care for each patient to ensure an excellent patient experience, every time. Patient population on these units include care of post MI/USA, post cardiac cath/angioplasty/stent and EP procedures, antiarrhythmic drug loading therapies, heart failure, heart transplant work ups, and congenital heart disease.

Full Time: 12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights

Level Characteris tics
Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date.
