The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is seeking a motivated, team focused eLearning Developer 2 to join its UConn Online instructional design group. The ideal candidate will have a balance of higher education experience and technological, pedagogical, and interpersonal skills to support UConn’s continued expansion of credit and non-credit online courses. The eLearning Developer 2 will use these skills to develop and implement technology solutions that include creative digital graphic design, web design, simulation design, digital animation, interactive course elements, and learning management system use and support. They will work closely with instructional design staff to deliver faculty development and create educational content and online courses. Having experience and skill in both building courses and faculty development, the successful candidate will participate in and lead project teams as they fulfill the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning’s mission.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
