Role Summary: The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing TTI Floorcare Sales Operations team. This role is also the Supply Chain point person that integrates sales and customers' needs with functional operating departments (demand planning, supply planning, distribution, transportation, customer service and deployment). Essential Responsibilities: Sales Order Management - Lead the Sales Operations Analysts by implementing process improvements - Align with Demand Planning on Product and Promotional launches timing - Coordinate Order flow and processing expectations with distribution centers - Transportation Liaison Logistics' Office Liaison - Head up direct communication with Floor care transportation and distribution teams - Regular and timely communication is a must Promotional Execution - Work directly with the Supply chain team and Sales team to ensure capacity constraints and timely deliver - Regular shipping updates to internal teams Vendor Performance, Service Levels, Compliance - Fill Rate management - On time management - Weekly scorecard communication - Implement a rigorous dispute and root cause process Contract - Review customer contracts to ensure operations terms align with company strategy and operational capacities. - Communicate and provide feedback on contractual agreements and customer profitability Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
