As an integral member of the Registrar’s team, the Transcript and Scheduling Coordinator handles transcript inquiries, classroom assignments, registration needs and assists with other registration related inquiries. Ability to deal effectively with students, external business contacts and employees while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude. Must have proven analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and must multi-task with several inquiries at one time. This individual must be service-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to make deadlines. Must have a professional and positive attitude towards their work, the mission of the institution, and the goals of the college. Position requires flexible hours during week, with occasional evening or weekend work.



Required Skills


Required Experience
  • 2 years working in Higher Education
  • 1 year working in Registrar Office setting
  • Higher Education Experience, specifically involving class scheduling
  • Experience working with student information system such as PeopleSoft or Ellucian (Banner, Colleague)
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Schedule 25 (formerly Resource 25)
