The Position We are seeking several bright, motivated candidates for full-time Principal positions for our East and West Coast offices located in Horsham, PA and San Mateo, CA respectively. We are seeking candidates with outstanding strategic thinking, strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a culture of achievement.This is an opportunity to work in an organization with a unique position to provide seamless, integrated solutions with primary and secondary data. Principals participate actively in growing our business and delivering strategic insights to our clients by leading and executing primary market research studies. He or she is accountable for developing client relationships, delivering quality projects, and contributing to the development of the Professional Services department. The Principal's roles and responsibilities include: - Supervise custom, primary market research studies from inception to conclusion - Work closely with junior team members to select appropriate research methodologies, design research, conduct insightful analysis, and deliver strategic insights - Act as a thought partner to clients - Develop strong client relationships - Responsible for selling $2M+ in custom research projects and playing the key role in sales/marketing activities for several key client accounts - Supervise a project team and manage other partners on projects. - Contribute to the success of the department and company by developing junior staff and participating in/leading internal projects.
