Resident Assistant Job - Osseo, MN

The Resident Assistant is responsible for collecting initial and ongoing data on all residents.

The Resident Assistant (RA) will provide resident care and delegated nursing tasks, as required or assigned, under the supervision of the licensed nurse within the Assisted Living. The Resident Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe client/resident care. Communication and interactions with clients, residents, families and other team members is an essential component of this position to assure resident safety and well-being. The Resident Assistant is able to pass medication or perform other delegated nursing tasks.

Qualifications Preferred

• Experience in a hospital, home care, or nursing home setting.
• CPR certified.
• CNA/HHA certified.
