KW Three Bridges, a division of Adam Hergenrother Companies, is looking for a dedicated and driven Productivity Coach to add to our growing real estate office.

Who We Are Looking For

The Career Development Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet has a heart to lead others (especially those launching or relaunching their careers). They exhibit a patient, yet, results-oriented approach to goals and thrives seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with market center leadership in order to achieve the Market Center’s goals.

The Career Development Productivity Coach works collaboratively as part of the Market Center’s leadership team. The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping associates to ultimately achieve capper status. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center training including, but not limited to, Ignite and BOLD. The Productivity Coach will identify potential candidates for coaching, will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and will hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks his/her results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful coaching and guidance, and celebrating success through others. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and understand their contribution to the larger market centers objectives. They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TS belief system and are authentic leaders.

Primary responsibilities in this role include:

  • Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping status through Productivity Coaching as quickly as possible
  • Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production in the first 90 days
  • Set and achieve the standard that at least 25 percent of associates in the coaching program obtain Capper status
  • Set and achieve the standard that at least 50 percent or more of all the Market Center's associates are productive every month
  • PC Coach educates, motivates, and coaches agents. Promotes Ignite, BOLD, KW MAPS Coaching, and events to ensure agents obtain and maintain Cap status
  • Meet monthly with the Team Leader and quarterly with Mega Agents to identify potential candidates for Productivity Coaching
  • Meet with new and transitioning recruits
  • Coach and train associates on the activities that will lead them to meeting their goals
  • Meet weekly with associates in coaching to review their key numbers and hold them accountable to completion of actions
  • Teach associates how to receive and convert leads through prescriptive training
  • Track associate results and share this information with the Team Leader
  • Work with the Team Leader to implement regular productivity opportunities and resources, including daily group lead generation Power Hours
  • Support the Team Leader in generating, implementing, and distributing the monthly training calendar, serve on the Education Committee as needed
  • Support and reinforce the Team Leader’s leadership throughout the Market Center
  • Promote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation, in team meetings, at real estate schools, on career nights, etc.
  • Participate in Career Development Committee of the ALC and/or other committees
