The Big Task

You will train our apprentices on plumbing skills along with customer service, growing our company, moving apprentices to service technicians each quarter.

Key Sub Tasks

• Train newly hired apprentices on our proven customer service process
• Train on proper NC plumbing based on NC code
• Inspire JD Service Now’s Core Values in each apprentice
• Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards
• Work closely with the recruiter to encourage new talent to enter the company
• Work closely with owners to create JD’s unique training plan

Desired Skills and Experience

• Current NC Plumbing License (optional)
• Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
• Ability to provide and demonstrate great customer service
• Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.

• Be proficient computer and application software on multiple devices
