Position Summary:

The Manager, Digital Experience will be responsible for defining the digital journey for performance media channel landing pages and creating a best in class consumer experience. We're looking for someone who has expert knowledge of digital standards and guidelines, understands user journey needs by audience type and can seamlessly liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into action. This role will cover a wide variety of duties from defining the experience, managing content updates to running quality assurance checks with the development team. The person in this position must be customer-centric and passionate about designing simple, yet engaging experiences that deliver business objectives.

Responsibilities:

?Define the landing page experience roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives and key stakeholder priorities

?Partner closely with media and analytics to understand audience needs and create compelling content that engages the user

?Work with web team and UX teams to design best in class digital experience for mobile and desktop

?Analyze landing page performance on regular basis to constantly innovate the overall experience

?Partner with internal Conversion Rate Optimization team to develop test and iterate plans

?Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build a coherent and seamless experience across various touchpoints

?Actively monitor and adjust content strategy accordingly across channels and schools as needed

?Manage product backlog and drives priority through risk, value, learning opportunities and dependencies

?Manage platform partners to ensure best in class service as well as technical needs

?Other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

?Bachelor's degree required

?Minimum 4 years of web operations experience with various platforms such as Adobe AEM

?Minimum 3 years of working with digital acquisition campaigns

?Strong technical and media acumen required

?Comfortable in talking technology with developers while knowing how to translate the language to communicate to stakeholders

?Ability to think strategically and creatively

?Agile/Scrum story acceptance criteria experience

?Ability to influence key stakeholders with best practices from a UX and customer centric POV

?Proven success increasing conversion rates through deployment of digital experience tactics

?Familiarity with dynamic content or personalization tools a must

?Understanding of SEO and/or quality score drivers a plus

?Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and copy proofing

?Strong Commitment to timelines, accuracy and professionalism

?Strong eye for mobile and desktop digital designs that lead to action

?Team player and demonstrates a positive attitude in a results-driven environment

?Extensive knowledge of digital experience trends and products

?Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills

?Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with all levels of management

?Savvy with third party data and analytics platforms (GA 360, Salesforce)
