Job Summary:


TheArmy General Funds Enterprise Business System is a web-based financial asset,and accounting management system that provides the Army relevant, reliable, andtimely financial information. GFEBSstandardizes, streamline's financial business processes, and it is usedmanagement maintenance activities on a facility.


The Preventive maintenance is the systematic inspection, care, andservicing of equipment, utility plants and systems, buildings, structures, andgrounds facilities to detect and correct early failures and to perform minormaintenance. Preventive Maintenance work is accomplished through the schedulingand monitoring of equipment or functional location maintenance plans. Thisprocess allows the preventive maintenance plans to be refined and updatedcontinually per the maintenance activity's capabilities. PreventiveMaintenance is routine, recurring work performed on Real Property facilities.


Responsibilities:


The GFEBSPreventive Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight, dataentry and reporting of the GFEBS system. The position uses GFEBS as aworkload establishment and management system to schedule maintenance, assignresources, track repairs and expenditures.


- The GFEBS PM Coordinator will facilitate the entry of Demand Maintenance Order (DMO), Preventative Maintenance Orders (PMO), Operational Work Order (OWO) and Project Work Orders (PWO) work documents.

- The Coordinator will provide reports and information to support the management of the Rock Island BOSS contract.

- Ensures the accurate documentation of labor daily for employees and Level I subcontract personnel.

- Responsible for ensuring periodic preventive maintenance schedules are published and distributed and GFEBS is updated once the preventive maintenance is completed.

- Ensure the accuracy of documentation to include work center, maintenance plan, equipment number, equipment description, building number, frequency, task list, date called/scheduled, and any additional notes pertinent to the PM (e.g.- date added, new building, etc.).

- Update GFEBS with new equipment/systems or remove obsolete and decommissioned equipment/systems from the data base.

- Ensures receipt, assessment, and proper close out of completed work orders.

- Develops operating instructions and provides training to assigned personnel to ensure daily requirements are effectively input in GFEBS

- Supervises incoming work requirements to assure correct prioritization on completed work.

- Monitor work backlog and identify prioritization needs to work schedules and assignments.

- Additional duties in direct support of departmental mission requirements.

- Other duties as assigned


The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall be available onthe facility during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, except Federalholidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree, or High School diploma and two (2) years' experience in a related field can be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college.

- The GFEBS PM Coordinator shall have, at a minimum, one (1) year of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.


Desired Qualifications:


- GFEBS Certification

- Demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation.


Knowledge & Skills:


The GFEBS PM Coordinator shall have or obtain the following roles in GFEBS:


- A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer

- A76 DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller

- A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor

- A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer

- A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer

- A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver

- A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer

- A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter


The GFEBS PM Coordinator shall complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within 30 business days of employment start and provide certificates of completion for all roles.


Working Conditions - Office


Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and seeing (up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus); occasional walking; standing for up to 4 hours; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work performed in a professional office but position does require frequent job site inspections were inclement weather conditions may be encountered.


Ability to perform primary office duties including heavy computer usage.
