Implementation Program Manager
Role Overview:
Provide oversight and orchestration of budget, scope, timelines and performance for large and complex IQVIA Technology Solutions enterprise-wide programs. Success is measured by the ability of IQVIA integrated solutions to help client with meeting their business goals.
Principal Accountabilities:
This position primary accountability is to balance client satisfaction with a seamless integration of multiple internal workstreams and reporting structures indicative of a large organization, such as IQVIA. This position is focused primarily on implementation and is therefore engaged just following customer sign off.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Comply with company and PMO standards and procedures
- Responsible for managing the Budget, Scope, Timelines and client satisfaction of complex enterprise programs
- Initiate and coordinate new program Kick-off schedule and handoff of production-ready program to On-Going Support Program Manager
- During program initiation, understand and effectively communicate client business needs and continue to monitor progress and ultimate success towards meeting the original business goals
- Develop professional, productive relationships with peers and subordinates that allows for the development of synergy, transparency and partnership within and between all departments delivering service to your client(s)
- Pro-actively anticipate and solve project and program issues effectively, including risk management strategies
- Plan and set integrated program goals and milestones
- Chair Program Status Meetings and Updates
- Manage change control on a program through Go Live
- Conduct internal and external Steering Committee meetings with key IQVIA and client stakeholders
- Oversee the project work streams and managing conflicts across work streams
- Recognize and document areas of organizational improvement at IQVIA and with customers and develop plans for implementing them with help from the tier 1 Program Strategy Partner
- Oversee account finance process for revenue recognition and invoicing/billing activities

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
- 10+ years of Program Management experience or a clear representation of the desired skills for this role
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Pharma
- PMI Certification preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve stretch goals quickly, while possessing strong people skills
- 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
Additional Requirements:
- Travel required: 1-2 days a week; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
