Job Title: Landscaper
Reports To: Grounds and Facilities Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
SUMMARY: Performs landscaping and other property management services on properties owned or managed by the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
One or more years experience in landscaping or other property management activities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures using basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to work with and among persons with disabilities, ability to cooperate and communicate with co-workers, tenants and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to diagnose and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have valid drivers license and be insurable at NCCH’s current rate.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
