Position Description :
Assists providers and nurses in providing clinic services to patients, including, but not limited to, vital signs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, vaccination, quality assurance tasks, EKGs and documentation of results. Data entry of all patient information into the electronic medical record. Inventory and replenishment of supplies.
Duties also include filing, correspondence, mailing, and copying. Responsible for providing select clerical services as delegated by practice leaders.
Minimum Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent required.
MA Certified Required.
A minimum of five- (5) year's experience in a healthcare setting in a similar position is preferable.
Doctors office experience preferred, preferably in a specialty practice.
