- Provide compassionate care to our clients
- Answer calls, book/rebook, confidently sell memberships, products and upsell to anyone
- Follow up and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure team provides friendly and premier treatments
- Ensure quality, cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Appropriately Schedule Staff and Clients to ensure growth and profitability.
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Provide marketing and growth ideas
- Support team members and ensure staff satisfaction
- Perform/Ensure all housekeeping responsibilities completed daily
- Directs customers by escorting them to our products/ treatment rooms.
- Advises customers by providing information on services and products.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Use judgment to solve customer problems
- Maintains scheduling commitments
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a relaxed space, clean, organized, customer-focused center
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Ability to be a first class problem solver
