Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an Administrative Support Staff to assist our Recruitment Team in the implementation of Recruitment and On Boarding of New Employees within our Pennsylvania Children's Programs. The position works out of Recruitment offices located in West Chester, PA. The work schedule in M-F 9am-5pm. Major responsibilities include:
- Post vacancies & job announcements on college websites, Career link offices, professional sites and various job boards as directed by Recruitment team
- Creates flyers, ads and promotional materials for Recruitment and Marketing of employment opportunities, events, recruitment initiatives, etc.
- Schedules and manages all college recruitment to include but not limited to handshake/job boards; registration and attendance to all college job fairs; on-campus recruiting activities, connection and presentations to clubs/majors/degree programs, etc.
- Creates, manages, schedules and participates in all Devereux sponsored job fairs-both onsite and virtually. Participates in Internal recruitment activities, events, hiring dates, job fairs, etc. Advertises, markets and communicates events, attend and assist with set up, structure the day of, supplies and paperwork completion, clean up, etc. as needed for each event/activity.
- Creates additional sourcing and recruitment activities to drive applicants to posted positions.
- Proficiently navigates Applicant Tracking System. Assist in posting positions and manage requisitions and applicants in the Applicant Tracking System. Runs monthly reports from Applicant Tracking system as identified and submit reports.
- Ensures applicant paperwork is complete and accurate
- Processes background checks and applicant screening
- Oversight of office supplies and inventory
- Creates spreadsheets, tracking forms, event attendance/registration

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management or Human Resources.
- 1 year of progressively responsible clerical experience in HR.
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous database experience, specifically HRIS or ATS perferred.
- Degree may be substituted for experience.
- Valid drivers license.
