Under the direction of the Director of HR, the Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Foundation. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas including social media. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience as well as ensuring we are hiring qualified talent for available positions while meeting required budget.
