Location : Remote The Director of Digital Marketing Operations is responsible for supporting the digital organization with performance management and process improvement for lead generation and conversion. This role oversees maximizing the performance of regional and business unit marketing activities. They will work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and execute the following activities: demand generation, lead nurture, SEM strategy, Social advocacy strategy, website tools, analytics tools & reports, operational best practices, digital marketing team and more. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all corporate marketing digital activities - Work closely with global regions and business units to maximize their digital marketing performance by identifying and implementing best practices, identifying new digital marketing opportunities and tools and upskilling the wider marketing team - Identify & implement trends, new opportunities, applications & best practices to leverage paid media, SEO and social media to drive acquisition growth, engagement, and conversions - Partner with external agencies and internal analytic team to leverage data and insights to inform media planning, areas for improvement, optimization and future testing - all aligned against KPIs. - Build strong global relationships and serve as the professional authority for the global & BU marketing teams - Manage corporate digital media budgets - Manage internal & external SEO activities including agency relationship to create & implement performance driven SEO program . - Execute regular audits of regional media spend on SEM and social media (down to the level of keywords, search campaign structures, targeting, remarketing, landing pages etc) - Create and lead social media strategy including social listening, editorial planning, KPI creation and employee advocacy program. Define and oversee social media governance, influencer strategy and integrate social media into the digital ecosystem Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS Degree Marketing/Advertising or equivalent industry experience - 8+ years of experience in digital media, social and SEO - 3+ years leading a team of digital marketing professionals - 3+ years of Strong analytics skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree (MBA) - Global digital marketing experience - Possess deep, results-oriented SEO subject matter expertise with a proven track record of driving organic performance in enterprise settings - Possess deep, results-oriented digital marketing subject matter expertise with a proven track record of driving performance in enterprise settings - Deep understanding of digital customer journeys & conversions across multiple channels TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 20% Stratasys (Nasdaq: SSYS), headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Rehovot, Israel, is a leading global provider of 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions.
