Facebook is seeking an experienced Compensation Business Partner to work with the North America Compensation team to design and build an innovative, competitive and analytically driven compensation offering to support the compensation needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as it scales in size.
Required Skills:
- Partner with Business leaders & HR Business Partners on compensation strategy and decisions
- Lead with internal & market insights to drive compensation solutions with clients while providing strong project leadership, a bias towards action, and a strong focus on driving key outcomes
- Partner with the Comp Program & Operations team and other cross functional partners to execute and drive consistency across compensation planning, program administration, performance summary cycles and comp program automation projects
- Lead the annual market review process for client groups, providing insights on market trends and conducting analysis to ensure ongoing market competitiveness for our roles
- Partner with clients and comp team on job architecture initiatives for new and existing roles within client groups
- Work closely with our offers team and recruiting partners to hire top talent
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration or similar field
- 8+ years of experience in compensation analyst/consultant role
- Cross-functional Partnership, influencing, and communication skills
- Experience working with HR business partners and senior leaders
- Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems
- Experience in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay
- Experience working in fast paced environments and managing multiple key priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Advanced degree
