We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Recruiter that is seeking a skill-enhancing position. Does this sound like you? Your success in this position will be related to how well you manage recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. experience in candidates should apply as soon as possible!
Responsibilities
- Influencing internal recommendations
- Managing new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
- Leading interviews
- Performing various administrative duties
- Optimizing digital recruiting resources Requirements -Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred - Deep understanding of Microsoft Word
- Onboarding experience preferred
- Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Anyone looking to perform this position's duties needs proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
- Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
