Global Markets, RIA Custody - Implementation Specialist

Implementation Specialist: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the firm onboarding, systems training, and is the primary operational support contact for RIA firms that join the GS platform. A list of responsibilities includes systems training, operational best practices and procedural workflow training, product and asset mapping / verification, establishing firm default requirements, account tracking and reconciliation, along with providing day to day operational assistance through the life of the transition. The Implementation Specialist works closely with the Transition Consultant and other firm resources assigned to the transitions they are assigned to. The role will require an average of 20-30% travel per year to support advisory firms in transition, along with flexible work hours to accommodate project commitments and/or timelines.

• A minimum of 3-5 years industry experience in financial services
• At least 1-2 years in a client servicing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Task oriented, with strong analytical and tactical capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to learn and train on new concepts and/or technical system functions quickly
• Series 7 preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
