Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Milan Function: Manufacturing Engineering Title: Senior Facilities Engineer (49200319) - 75164 Your Responsibilities As a Sr. Facilities Engineer for NA-PDC located in Milan, IL providing project management of projects related to the facility infrastructure and equipment that support the warehousing operation. Projects are very complex and integrate all areas of engineering, requiring management of outside design professionals and contractors. In addition you will.... - Provide troubleshooting of the facility infrastructure and equipment to support warehousing and maintenance operations. - Develop and maintain project budgets cost controls on projects through the AFE process. - Provide consultation, direction and mentoring to less experienced engineering staff. What Skills You Need - 5 or more years experience as a Facilities and/or Maintenance engineer in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment - 3 or more years of Project Management experience. - Effective communicator with ability to engage and direct large teams - 3 or more years proficiency with CAD systems - Profcient in advanced Microsoft Office Excel(Pivot Tables and Formulas) and MS Project applications What Makes You Stand Out - Expert in the analysis and execution of building construction standards & specifications. - Proficient in safety/environmental laws & regulations. - Professional Engineering license. - PMP - Master's degree in Project Management or an MBA.
