Casino Cash/Count Team Associate - Full Time

Assists the Count Team Supervisor with the smooth and efficient operation of the hard count or soft count team for all slot machine cash drops and table games cash drops at the casino. Starting pay $13.00 per hour.

SIGN ON BONUS. Full-time paid $1,000.00 ($500.00 at 30-days of employment and $500.00 paid at 90-days of employment) and part-time paid $500.00 (paid at 30-days of employment). Must be actively employed at time of payout.

• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program.
• Responsible for the removal and replacement of cash boxes from the slot machines.
• Responsible for the placement of cash boxes onto assigned carts.
• Responsible for removing cash from cash boxes.
• Responsible for counting cash from the cash boxes.
• Responsible for removing cash boxes and cassettes from the NRT kiosks.
• Responsible for operating currency counting equipment to count the cash from the cash boxes and cassettes.
• Responsible for preparing the necessary paperwork and reports detailing records of the count process.
• Performs other relevant duties as deemed necessary by management.
• Communicate status of fluctuating cash levels to appropriate management.
• Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations.
• Assists supervisors and co-workers as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of cashiering experience and/or heavy money handling experience.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Manager.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must qualify for a license with the Maryland State Lottery.
