Apply for this jobOverview Our Mesa office is looking for an Aviation Project Engineer/PM to join our team in Mesa. Responsibilities - Review design documents & drawings for airside and landside Aviation projects, including grading, drainage, pavement design, specifications, and construction safety plans - Collaborating and/or coordinating design teams consisting of multi-discipline design engineers and technicians - AutoCAD Civil 3D design - Lead, support, and delegate work to project team. - Support planning and design of airport projects as requested - Prepare analysis reports in support of airport planning, design, and construction - Supervise and coordinate the work product of Analysts and other technical staff on various transportation/aviation engineering projects - Operating with integrity and sound business principals - Providing practice vision, business planning and strategy, establishing goals - Building and maintaining positive client relationships - Open communication with partners and team, along with growing and directing a roadway practice - Recruiting and helping grow our team in Nevada and across the firm - Establishing and cultivating client relationships - Identifying and tracking leads - Making presentations - Writing proposals and scope of work - Establishing budgets, - Ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and supervising the execution of work Qualifications - Candidate must have 10+ years of experience within airport design and construction. - Ideally will have P.E.
