Reports to: Admin HR Manager
Job Purpose: T o provide primary administrative support for the Admin Human Resource Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and recording minutes as needed.
- High volume of filing
- Back up for receptionist
- Exercise individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bringing them to manager s attention.Maintain employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner.
- Check and audit personnel records for accuracy, (HRO, I-9, EEO Data, etc.)
-Enter new hires into HRO system.
-Assist in setting up and planning of company related events.
-Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as medical insurance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service/phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Paychex a plus.

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a Human Resources Generalist
- HR Certificate or general college courses with a concentration in human resources.
Computer Skills:
- Strong computer skills required; i.E., MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) HRIS System.
Reasoning Ability:
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to lead by example and maintain highly sensitive information highly confidential.
