The Marketing Operations Specialist will join a global team, working as a team in-tandem, and reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology. This role will be focused on tools that help marketing successfully executing the demand generation and go-to-market strategy, as well as improving tools and capabilities in a variety of marketing technologies for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and analytical marketing operations professional who has an interest and/or experience working with a multitude of tools, such as marketing automation platforms, account-based marketing tools, chatbots, data orchestration platforms, CRM, project management platforms, etc. Previous experience in the evaluation, selection, on-boarding, training, and enabling of platform success will be highly relevant to this role. They must be a highly motivated, appreciate a dynamic work environment, be attentive to detail, and a critical thinker that is willing to ask the right questions. Being comfortable leading or speaking up in meetings, being hands-on in new tools to become the subject matter expert and developing training/support materials for users will be central to this role.
- Lead and/or assist in the evaluation, selection, onboarding, and deployment of various marketing technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders within the Marketing teams to gather information and feedback on technology needs and challenges. This includes critical-thinking and problem-solving for technology-based operational solutions that help them reach and realize their business goals and objectives.
- Maintain and own the success of specific technologies and platforms as needed.
- Develop training videos and documentation for marketing technologies and become a trusted resource for internal teams.
- Keep up to date on marketing technology trends and developments through resources such as blogs, articles, groups, etc.Share relevant information to a variety of stakeholders, including webinars and content of interest.
- Maintain focus on "big picture" tech strategy, with an eye on consolidation of tools, reducing overlap of functionality, and maximizing Martech spend.
- Communicate proactively with peers, managers, and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges.
- Manage and complete other marketing assignments as needed to support sales ops and commercial technology teams
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives
- 3 + years of hands-on experience in the use, evaluation, selection, or training of marketing and sales technology tools listed below or in similar platforms
- Preferred technology experience in Marketing Automation Platforms (Adobe Marketo), Sales Engagement (Outreach), Webinars (On24, Socialive), CRM (Salesforce), Account-Based Marketing (2022), Chatbots (TBD), Data Orchestration tools (Openprise), Analytics and Attribution (Einstein, RampMetrics) etc.
- Associates' Degree in marketing, management, communication, business administration, management information systems or similar field. Priority given to applicable professional experience in B2B/B2C enterprise organization(s).
- Driven to grow a career within marketing technology in the marketing operations space
- A high level of interest and technical acumen in marketing technology, marketing strategies, and enabling successful platform utilization
- Self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity across a remote, matrixed organizational environment with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to build collaborative working relationships to meet objectives
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation

Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere in between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $51,800.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $99,400.00/year (for full time employees).
