The Marketing Team is looking for a highly organized Office Coordinator to assist in various administrative and cross-functional assignments. The ideal candidate should have experience managing medium to large scale department wide projects and initiatives as well as providing administrative support to senior management.
- Welcome and offer general support to visitors
- Organize office operations and procedures to foster a safe and comfortable environment
- Be responsible for general maintenance, mail, purchases, supplies, equipment, invoices and groceries
- Assist the management team on monthly expense reporting
- Manage calendars and scheduling for senior management.
- Participate in department meetings as needed providing administrative support.
- Work with stakeholders on various department level activities to include employee engagement, department programs and activities
- Administer the employee game purchase and other programs within the department.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and ensure purchase orders are written for business and project related expenses.
- Ad-hoc project tracking and analysis.
- 2+ years’ experience in business or administrative role
- Past administrative experience
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support department initiatives and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Clear and concise communicator
- Ability to synthesize conversation into notes and actions
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Confluence, Teams and Slack
- Experience in Microsoft Office Tools and Applications
- Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box
