This position allows for 2 days per week remote / work from home after 3 month training period. Salary: $75,000 - 95,000/yearWe are looking for a full time Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff. This is a flexible, hybrid work schedule reporting to the two partners.Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the leadership staff.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Schedules and attends internal and vendor meetings on behalf of partners, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Responds to incoming communication or memos (as assigned) on behalf of the senior staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Maintains data in software systems to track company initiatives, client engagement and business metrics.
  • Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
