Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would be based out of ZSC Enterprises's Atlanta office
• 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience
• Experienced in QSR construction
• Candidate with a GA, AL, FL General Contractor license is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution
• Responsible for Dunkin, Baskin Robbins & Popeyes Remodel & New store Construction management
• Responsible to complete the project within the given budget & deadline
• Candidate will work with senior management and act as the focal point of contact for vendors & clients
• Coordinate and manage key relationships with all parties
• Manage project budget and schedule in coordination with company management & stakeholders
• Create and execute on benchmarks for success throughout the life of the project
