Title:
Senior Systems Analyst
KBR is currently seeking an experienced IT Senior Systems Analyst (SSA) for the Joint Technical Integration (JTDI) Program to serve in the role the Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) for Sustainment. The SSA must be customer focused with knowledge of maintenance and support of JTDI production systems. This position requires a basic understanding of current DoD infrastructure and supporting process and procedures and supported tasks to include Information Assurance (IA) support, configuration and change management, planning and review of project schedule, review, coordinate and schedule customer meetings. Duties include submission of a weekly status report, generation of customer agreements, interface control documentation (ICD), and interconnection security agreements (ISAs). JTDI sustainment and In-service Engineering and NFSA/JTDI Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and IA teams to assist with review of system compliance and design.
SAA Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of customer requirements supporting sustainment activities.
- Manage and track customer scope and requirement modifications.
- Assist with generating and providing feedback on program documentation (e.g. MOA, ISA, Terms and Conditions).
- Generate weekly status reports.
- Review and provide feedback on CDRLs, as needed.
- Review and dis/approve ECRs and ECPs, as needed.
- Generate and review ROM estimates, as needed.
- Assist with planning and reviewing project schedules.
- Assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned.
- Interfaces with customers and product vendors on program specific issues, schedules, processes, and activities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers, as required.
- Generate and review trouble tickets and customer needs forms, as required.
- Work closely with all Integrated Product Teams and supporting contractors within the program to ensure project execution and assist in the resolution of issues.
- Communicate potential risks, issues, and customer statuses with the IPT Lead and or PMO.
- Support overall Program activities by contributing inputs and changes to project statuses, schedules, processes, and data-calls.
- Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings, customer/systems integration planning, requirements gathering discussions, and other Program/System events, as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fill-in for the IPT Lead, as required.
SAA Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Technology, degree and 8 years relevant experience or 10 years' experience in lieu of a degree
