Mentor/manage all field personnel
Effectively communicate with all field personnel regarding schedules, CO's, and other relevant construction issues and decisions
Be available to field personnel to insure deadlines are meant
Lead the teams
Negotiate contracts
Build Rapport with all
Budgeting and cost controls
Crisis and risk management
Hands on knowledge of the entire commercial multifamily building process
Use sound judgement in all business and construction matters
