The Project Coordinator /Manager is responsible for day-to-day management support and execution of projects in support of the Senior Project Manager. This resource will assist with delivering the project within the agreed budget, scope and timelines and escalation of any issues and risks through the project lifecycle for resolution. Responsibility will include articulating project status and managing expectations under the direction of their Director and Project Manager. The qualified resource will work collaboratively with functional business and technical areas to achieve agreed project objectives, milestones and deliverables.

Assists PM to build and maintain project work plans on larger projects
Assists with managing project resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Builds and maintains project work plans and/or schedules for extra small or small projects as assigned
Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Escalates project issues and/or risks to director or PM
Escalates, as appropriate, issues to ensure high quality deliverables
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Tracks project budget, team hours and expenses
Facilitate weekly status meetings, submit weekly health checks, facilitate with all project methodology disciplines to complete documentation and follow processes in alignment with company standards
Reviews and communicates timeliness and accuracy of invoicing and verifies project receivables
Skills
3 years (minimum) of project management experience required HR experience preferred
Experienced in working with formal project management tools (MS Project and Clarity)
Proficient in MS Office
Effectively communicates and influences all levels of the organization
